The Institute offers some 70 regularly scheduled classes each week, including: free introductory classes, prenatal yoga, women's classes, restorative yoga, pranayama, classes for people living with HIV/AIDS, classes for people who have injuries and chronic conditions, Sutra study, and specialty workshops with senior teachers from the international Iyengar Yoga community.
