Harmony Yoga is a small, friendly studio that offers classes for beginners and for more experienced students. There is also a Gentle Yoga Class. Classes are taught by a Certified Iyengar Yoga teacher. One aspect of the Iyengar Yoga tradition is the emphasis on developing good physical alignment in the yoga poses to obtain optimal physical and mental benefits. Classes are taught in a safe, systematic manner so that all students can benefit, whatever their experience level.
