This school is celebrating its 30th anniversary of offering classes in the Claremont, Montclair and Upland area! Wednesday evenings from 6-7pm Restorative Yoga is offered to relax and unfold after busy days. The aim is for students to leave feeling better than when they came in. On Saturday mornings from 9-10am, a more spirited class is offered to wake up and start the day full of energy, readiness and positive awareness.
