Barbara brought her love of yoga to downtown historic Lewisburg in September 2008 when she opened the door to Lewisburg Yoga Center! Her primary teachers are Nancy Gilgoff, David Swenson, and David Williams. She has studied with Manju Jois, Danny Paradise,and Doug Swenson, Barbara practices and teaches the Ashtanga Yoga System. Regular classes are held Tues (6 pm), Th (6 pm), Sat (10:30 am) at the Gesundheit Institute in Hillsboro, WV.
