I am an indipendent instructor with current teaching and cpr/first aid certifications. My training has been with YogaFit and 24HourFitness. While I have a great appreciation for the traditional styles of yoga, I prefer to teach the YogaFit style. YogaFit is considered yoga for everyBODY, and it truly is!
