Laura is co-founder of Deep Yoga, a yogic system based upon Hatha and Ayurveda that goes deep into the mind/body/soul connection delivering greater self-understanding, purification, inner-healing and expanded consciousness. In private sessions and in classes, Laura guides individuals to their heart - to their own infinite ground of being - helping to expand awareness, master the mind and emotions, open fully to life, enjoy greater self-expression and creativity, and live a continual experience of wholeness, serenity and joy. Registered with the Yoga Alliance at the 500-hour level, trained in Classical Yoga, Ayurveda, and in Toltec wisdom, Laura helps her students heal and grow so they live the fullest expression of their purpose, true creativity and innate joy.
