	Andrea is a Yoga and Meditation teacher registered with Yoga Australia level 2 - YA500. She has been practicing yoga, meditation and breathwork since early childhood, and teaching since 2007 - having completed over 800 hours of teacher trainings and workshops over the years. She has taught in Canada, India, and Australia. Her goal as a yoga instructor is to help foster physical, emotional and spiritual balance through teaching conscious living. Passionate about promoting an active, healthy, and balanced lifestyle, Andrea takes a holistic approach to her teaching offering warm and welcoming classes of various styles and levels of practice. She has a strong focus on breath, alignment and right movement to promote strength and support in each posture. The Little Yoga Shala is Andrea's dedicated home studio where she runs regular small classes. Space is very limited, it is required to book ahead. Classes run for 75 minutes.
