Led by internationally highly experienced and sought after yoga teachers you'll experience the fulfillment of daily well rounded yoga practices nourishing your body, mind and soul with asana, pranayama, deep relaxation and meditation. Several classes a day, seven days a week. Come by without any prior notification as classes are on a drop-in bases. Check our website for our offering and class schedule. Events are offered including workshops and retreats and the world's leading yoga and meditation teachers are hosted regularly. Classes are offered in both English and German. Location is very central, easily accessible by public transport and it offers free parking in front of the studio.
