I am a qualified Yoga instructor and have 19 years of blissful yoga experience! I have been specialising in pregnancy yoga for the past 5 1/2 years with the support of the Community midwives team based at our local hospital and SureStart programmes in the area. I offer a yoga class structure that enables Mums to come during pregnancy, then Mums and Dads can join me for Baby Yoga sessions and once their children moved up into nursery and school they can join in with my YogaBugs and Yoga'd Up classes! 1-to-1 yoga coaching also available.
