At Namaste Yoga Center you will find a high quality of instructors who will facilite healing through yoga. We offer a variaties of classes. Last Saturday of every month we hold a study group with yoga Sutras,Ragas (Indian music with tablas and sitar). Also, on the first Saturday of the full Moon we offer Yoga Trance Dance.
