Sessions combine flowing movements using body and breath, pranayama and meditation to help balance body, mind and spirit. Sessions include yoga for managing stress, yoga for back, neck and shoulders, yoga sequencing, yoga healing (ladies only). Suzan also offers sessions in the workplace. Support is available to help adapt when necessary, making yoga suitable for all.
