Awaken Wellness offers classes 6 days a week, mornings, evenings, weekends, and even lunch time! Our yoga program is designed to support our concept of community to foster connection to each other and into deeper relationship with ourselves. Some of our classes are offered as multi-level to develop a sense of community. We also offer Yoga 101 (Beginner), Yoga 1/2 (Intermediate), Yoga 2 (Advanced), Multi-Level, Flow/Vinyasa Yoga, Gentle yoga, and specialized workshops throughout the year. We offer yoga with the least possible obstacles, mental, emotional and physical. Two left feet? Haven't seen your feet in years? Fearful of standing on your head? No problem. All are welcome into our community of wellness.
Our teachers lead every class in a supportive way which encourages each student to move to his/her most effective level on that day, in that moment. Welcome to yoga in a non-competitive environment!
