Michael Plasha E-RYT 500 (highest Yoga Alliance accreditation)has over 1,000 hours of certified training to teach Hatha 1 and 2, Yoga of the Heart for cancer and heart disease and pre-natal yoga. He also has many years of training in Iyengar, Kripalu, Siddha, Ashtanga, Sivananda Yoga as well as Vipassana and Zen meditation and Christian contemplation. He is also certified as an Ayurveda and Yoga Health Educator. He has over 40 years of experience and has taught over 9,000 classes. His tapes Raja Yoga for Beginners were reviewed in Yoga Journal - "Plasha has mastered his material(Raja and Hatha Yoga)."
