My relaxed and friendly mixed age/ability class meets on Monday and Tuesday evenings in the main hall from 7.30pm - 9.00pm. Blocks and belts are provided to assist your practice but please bring a yoga mat and blanket if possible. Also, please wear loose, comfortable clothing that doesn't restrict your movement. A typical session consists of warm-up stretches, traditional yoga postures and a guided relaxation period at the end of the evening. Classes are 'drop-in' but payment in advance will secure your place
