I teach yoga to children and adults starting with an inital focus, warm ups, posture work and finally a relaxation and meditation. I am a higly qualified and professional tutor and Stress Management Consultant as well as a British Wheel of Yoga member. This includes teaching yoga in local schools like Upton Hall Grammar and colleges, Wirral Met and Birkenhead Sixth Form.
