We offer: 200-hr / 500-hr YA approved Teacher Training Programs / plus workshops / and retreats Our program is - a hands on (progressive and holistic), yoga training program, embracing a balance between both hard and soft concepts of yoga asana practice. Styles of; Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga, Power Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Adjustments, Partner Yoga, Pre-Post Natal Yoga, and Yoga for Children will be taught and practiced. This program also presents education on; avoiding and overcoming injury, philosophy, enhanced diet, cross-training with outdoor activity, karma yoga, earth and body ecology plus many hours of hands on teaching.
