I have been a yoga practitioner for 10 years having practiced various styles of yoga ( Bikram, Hatha, Power, Iyengar). I began my training in India at The Santa Cruz Yoga Institute in Mumbai. I completed another training at Greenpath Yoga in San Francisco and have participated in various workshops and classes. With a background and interest in healing I specialize in understanding and addressing the body on a holistic level as well as providing every individual with the knowledge to monitor and heal themselves. Yoga works on many levels and even when used as a workout its healing powers are at work.
