Sherry comes to Yoga as a Physical Therapist with a deep passion for movement. Lifelong athleticism, and a therapist since 1973, her technical understanding allows her to teach Hatha Flow with structural mechanics, often using tiny elements of asanas to assist students exploration. In all of her classes, safety is emphasized in order to enjoy the 'massage' of practice, eliciting deep, easy breathing. Sherry encourages each individual process, so that students learn to feel and trust their body, as they practice.
