Union Yoga is a registered charity (SC034957) dedicated to helping the people of Scotland get fit and lead a balanced, stress free life through the practices of yoga, diet and meditation. We currently offer free introductory yoga classes and ongoing free meditation classes. If you think that you can help us in any way or have ideas as to how we can introduce the teachings to a wider audience then we would love to hear from you. The centre is run by a dedicated group of people. We are always on the look out for fun, hard working energetic people with lots of creative energy and a passion for yoga.
