we organize 3 classe a day ranges from basic ,intermediate and advance level. yoga for therapy, relaxation , stress management , obessity ,general health classes is available. there is special classes is for pranayama and meditation. we have our yoga masters from india and china as well . we have 3 yoga centers in fuzhou, two in the middle of the city and one at the top of the mountain called GUSAN .where yoga can be practiced amids fresh air and in serene ambience. private and group classes for corporates are also available. we organize yoga outdoor programmes where we take our students to some scinic spots to practice yoga.
