Lakes Area Yoga Association (LAYA) is a non-profit educational organization that has been offering hatha yoga classes since 1995. A range of classes for students of all experience levels are taught in our Brainerd locations. We also have classes at Nisswa School and occasionally at other sites. We specialize in Gentle, Accessible Yoga styles.
