I have been teaching ashtanga, hatha and vinyasa flow yoga since 1998 and am a direct student of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois of India's Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute and of Sri Dharma Mittra, creator of "The Master Yoga Chart of 908 Postures." I teach at The Chicago Yoga Center and Yoga Now as well as private and workplace lessons. For my schedule, click here. I am certified by the Yoga Alliance at the 500-hour level.
