Vinyasa style classes, specializing in Isometric Monkey Yoga- a fun and challenging synthesis of Ashtanga and Iyengar yoga, dance and martial arts training principles. Tim starts his classes helping people do pull-ups, then everyone does 2 sets of push-ups before the sun salutation sequences. Laura Camp teaches most of the other classes in a fun and creative flow style. Both teachers are very funny, kind and experienced. The Shala opened New Year's Day, 1999.
