What is Yoga Therapy? Yoga therapy is about getting your body feeling better gently, slowly and with precision. My classes are by appointment and perfect are new to yoga or have issues you want to work on. Be it cancer, back pain, stress diabetes and more. Since the classes are designed with you in mind, new students are welcome to also enjoy the benefits of yoga. I am certified E-RYT with over 10 years experience in teaching yoga. My certifications include: ISHTA, Hatha, Cancer, Cardio Therapy, Restorative and Relaxation, Pre/post Natal. Obesity, and Seniors, Pranassage and More!
