Focus on YOUR personal practice (you only do your practice on the days you brush your teeth ~:) The body wants you to pay attention to 7 things daily: be vertical (good posture), bend back, bend forward, twist, balance, invert and rest (consciously). I help you develop a regular practice, customized for your individual needs, that change as you develop strength, flexibility, balance and clarity of body, mind and spirit. Sessions usually include some massage, shiatsu &/or Swedish and the establishment of a regular and changing practice. I guarantee results, IF you practice daily. Namaste
