The Mysore Class---named after the city in South India where Sri K. Pattabhi Jois currently teaches---is unique compared to other Yoga Asana classes. Students are taught to do the Asanas on an one-on-one basis, hence they can practice at their own paces, with guidance and assistance from a teacher when necessary. This peaceful environment allows students to easily tune into their breath---the vehicle by which the body and mind are observed and eventually transcended. Sukko is honored to offer traditional Ashtanga Yoga in the same method as taught by the Guru, Sri K. Pattabhi jois
