My personal practice soon became inspiring and transformational, drawing me to obtain teacher status to deepen my understanding and appreciation of yoga. I have found teaching a pure joy. Sharing time and energy with others to work on their own practice is heart warming and moving. I firmly follow the philosophy of no competition in yoga practice. I dont want to teach a gymnastics class or a work out session. I approach yoga as a time to slow down, let loose and take time to integrate mind, body and soul.
