We invite you to let go and breathe; while at Fusion each student is offered professional instruction in a sanctuary infused with peace and tranquility. The studio is centrally located with plenty of free parking. Our space offers 14ft spacious ceilings and 750 sqft of the highest quality cork flooring. With 8 years in business we have consistently supported our community with innovative wellness options. We offer each student safe and effective techniques to challenge and stimulate their highest potential. This studio/teacher offers classes & workshops in: Basic Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Hot Yoga, Meditation, Core Fusion, Postnatal Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Senior`s Programs ... plus Life Coaching, Private Sessions & Workshop options Additional information No Pre-Registration is required; Students are able to attend any classes on the schedule either as a drop in or with the economical pre-purchased class bundles.
