Chrissy Cox (Sopurkh Kaur) is a certified Kundalini Yoga and Khalsa Way Prenatal Yoga Instructor. She received her training through Golden Bridge Yoga in Los Angeles with master teachers Gurmukh, Tej, Harijiwan, Gurushabd and Gurudahn. She has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and recognizes its benefits in every aspect of her life. In addition to kundalini yoga, Chrissy also teaches prenatal and children's yoga, bellydance, hoopdance and fire dance. She is a doula and a mother. Chrissy is committed to teaching others how to find their own inner balance and harmony.
