My passion is authentic movement and mindful living. For the last 6 years have been working with people with cancer and life threatening illnesses and other major challenges. Since 1993 I've been teaching yoga and meditation classes, retreats, workshops and holidays. Initally studied hatha yoga with IYTA, then Iyengar yoga for many years. Since 2001 been working with Donna Farhi. and 5 years in Europe in the tradition of Vanda Scaravelli. I'm currently teaching retreats and privately in Sydney and Wollongong and Bundanoon. I am teaching an "Oncology Yoga" teacher training course in 2012.
