Stemming from owner Hilaire Lockwood's 23 years of yoga practice and experience and her certification through Maty Ezraty at the famed Yoga Works in Santa Monica, Hilltop offers yoga for students of all levels - from beginner to advanced - including basics, slow flow, vinyasa, ashtanga, power, and pre-natal yoga as well as meditation and pranyama classes, private sessions and workshops. For over a decade, Hilltop Yoga have been proudly offering yoga rooted in the Ashtanga tradition of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois through its two Lansing locations and one Haslett location. Hilltop's acclaimed teacher training program is accredited by Yoga Alliance and the State of Michigan and offers 200 and 500 hour teacher trainings. Brand new students take advantage of 30 days of yoga for $30. All classes are drop in/no advance registration required. We have mats available for students to borrow free of charge.
