Lake Arrowhead Resort & Spa is a yoga destination that is 90 miles from Los Angeles in the mountains at 6000 feet elevation. If you need to get away for a yoga and spa retreat with Master Yoga Teachers and want a family and pet friendly environment, this is the place to come. We host teachers such as Lilias Folen, Judith Lasater, Larry Payne, Ganga White, Tracey Rich and JJ Gormely. Our in-house yoga studio has daily classes and monthly workshops and is lead by Amy Wheeler, Ph. D., a personal student of Kausthub Desikachar and his family in the lineage of T. Krishnamacharya. This is not a yoga destination for casual yoga studies, rather a place that serious yoga students can come to further their intellectual knowledge and spiritual wisdom in a serene and comfortable environment.
