Currently offering corporate private instruction for beginning to advanced levels. Introductory yoga classes, workshops and yoga retreats are offered periodically. My approach to Hatha Yoga includes not only the physical practice of yoga asana (poses) but focuses on breathing, relaxation, meditation, introspection, and contemplation. Instruction focuses on becoming aware of oneself in the practice by moving slowly and deeply into the practice physically, mentally and emotionally simultaneously. We practice at a pace that is gentle, yet challenging when the time to challenge is appropriate. Yoga Alliance Certified ERYT-500
