A certified yoga teacher since 1983, Rudy has a passion for guiding mindful yoga experiences that facilitate deep release and relaxation for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. He values the spiritual practice of self-observation without judgment and brings this experience to his students through his compassionate leading. He teaches in the Berkshires and around the Northeast U.S. but his yoga instruction is available no matter where you live through his series of yoga CDs available on his website and as digital downloads on iTunes. Rudy has studied and practiced yoga and meditation for more than 30 years and is credentialed as an E-RYT 500 through the Yoga Alliance.
