YogaTropics

At Yoga Tropics we offer a 200 hour teacher training. We meet as a group twice per week for 10 weeks to complete theory and technical training of the practice, then you’ll develop as a teacher over the following months by teaching mock classes and shadowing other teachers. Throughout the training you will deepen your knowledge of the Yoga Tropics 1 series and explore some of the postures of the Tropics 2 series. As a teacher, we don’t want you just to teach postures, but rather teach students to incorporate their breath, movements, and intentions to experience a challenging, healing, and meditative practice.
