I am a u.s. trained hatha yoga instructor. I have studied yoga from various institutes/gurus from India and overseas. I am familiar with different styles of yoga –power yoga, ashtanga yoga, Bikram yoga and the like.i have been practicing yoga and teaching for the past 10 years.
My classes are a combination of hatha yoga or classical yoga and power yoga where I focus on losing weight yoga asanas for abs/hips/arms etc.
I currently teach yoga at my center(inhale/exhale power yoga studio) located at sholinganallur. my client base consists of mainly women who want to lose weight.i also conduct classes for groups(expats based in Chennai) and visit homes for private classes.
I am working as the yoga consultant/trainer for Reed Elsevier located at Acendas. I also conduct classes at Anna University for the female professors.
