We offer many daytime, evening and weekend classes. Our classes are designed to take you from a beginning level of practice to the more advanced. As you progress you will, deepen your body awareness, practice safe alignment, explore your boundries, learn to modify the postures to your personal level. You'll explore the space between effort and relaxation in a yoga posture. You will come to know that yoga is more than physical postures. Yoga is a tool to create flexibility, strength, and balance in your body and in your life. We offer private, semi-private and group classes. Our studio has Kids Yoga, Pre-Natal Yoga, Senior Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Therapy,Pilates and Belly Dancing as well as a Mindfullness Based Stress Reduction Program.
