Offering a variety of classes for beginners and established yoga practitioners. Private and semi-private classes are also available. In each class breath is emphasized, respecting one's physical limitations is encouraged and attention to alignment is given. Embracing where we are today and letting go of where we want to be creates space within the body and the mind, opening up new pathways for transformation in ways we might not have even thought possible.
