The Yoga classes from the Universal Great Brotherhood offer the advantage of a multi-level approach to Yoga. A full class begins with 45 minutes of Dynamic Yoga including ten minutes of total relaxation. Understanding why we practice Yoga is necessary and we devote ten minutes for a brief study period. Finally, 60 minutes of Hatha Yoga crown the class session. Classes take place Fridays 6pm to 8pm and Sundays 10am to 12 noon. Classes are $15/each if paid individually with deep discounts for long-term commitments of a month or more. Please call ahead (201) 233 8364 if you have any questions or for directions.
