Being Yoga offer fully certified Yoga Teacher Training courses on the Sunshine Coast, for those who wish to deeply explore this transformational practice. We hold an uplifting annual Yoga retreat in Bali. Regular classes for all levels in the beautiful vinyasa flowing style of yoga at one of two studios in Maroochydore and Coolum Beach, Sunshine Coast. We also offer Pregnancy Yoga plus meditation courses and weekend retreats run across the Sunshine Coast.
