On Labor Day (Monday), Sept. 1, 2008 The Yoga Community is providing a Free Day of Yoga for the entire Dallas Metroplex Area. FREE YOGA classes are offered at yoga studios, fitness facilities, wellness and retirement centers throughout Dallas, Fort Worth, Richardson, Plano, McKinney, Grapevine, Coppell, Flower Mound and Denton. Everyone from children to senior citizens who are curious about yoga or want to experience a particular style or teacher can do so for free all day! 2007 was the first year we offered "free yoga" to the Dallas Metroplex Yoga Community ...and... it was an extraordinary success!! This is a wonderful opportunity to share your present practice with friends/family ...and/or.... enjoy a new experience with another participating studio!! A Rain check will be given if the class is full. No reservations -- FIRST COME / FIRST MAT-SPACE RESERVE!
