I teach private one-on-one/small group classes in clients' homes and I have an established Thai Yoga massage therapy practice. I am also available to substitute teach classes at studios within the Culver City/Palms/Venice Beach areas. Classes are generally directed at beginners but intermediate practitioners will find the moderately challenging sessions invigorating. Emphasis is placed on using the breath to guide the movement and feeling the pose within one's body, making adjustments as necessary.
