Ronna is an Anusara certified yoga teacher and has been teaching yoga for more than 20 years. Ronna is an enthusiastic teacher who inspires her students with her playful yet serious approach to her classes. Anusara means to “follow your heart” or “flowing with grace.” Anusara yoga integrates the science of biomechanics with the understanding of the connection between posture, alignment, energy, and expression of the heart. Her classes accommodate all levels of students, beginners through advanced, seniors, as well as those with injuries and chronic misalignments. She teaches mixed level or beginning level classes. Ronna invites her students to step into their own truth: their place of connection of mind, body and spirit.
