A registered Yoga teacher with the National Yoga Alliance. Kirsten has practiced yoga throughout her life. After studying Eastern philosophy for many years, she found her way into her Christian faith.Many claim that her style is a Yoga of the whole person: body, mind and soul. Kirsten is also a Traditional Usui Reiki Master/faith healer. She has trained in Detroit, Chicago and Kalamazoo. Her passion is to help others to see and know the light that shines within.
