ShivaShakti School of yoga offers workshops, retreats and comprehensive and affordable Yoga Alliance approved 200 and 500-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings. The teacher trainings are offered in a 21-day Immersion format at Samasati Nature Retreat, and other retreat centers internationally, as well as in a weekend format in Maine and Vermont. Retreats are offered in Maine, Mexico and India. Workshops and weekly classes are also offered through ShivaShakti School of Yoga at various centers and retreat locations.
