Yoga Works, a leader in yoga for over 20 years, offers yoga for all stages of life, beginner to advanced and relaxing to athletic. Our yoga program stems from three traditional lineages of yoga: Ashtanga, Iyengar and the yoga taught by Desikachar, with an emphasis on safe, quality and accessible yoga classes. With over 1,000 classes a week and 16 locations, we specialize in programs for beginners, serious students, and aspiring teachers, in addition to offering dedicated classes for seniors, athletes, pre/post natal and back care.
