Tues/Thurs - 9:30 - 11am Morning flow Yoga- A rejuvenating start to your day, stretch and strengthen with yoga asana, focus on proper alignment and moving from pose to pose with ease. Open level class.
Tues: 5:15 - 6:30pm Vinyasa flow Yoga � A mixed level yoga class that moves through yoga asana through a series of movements called vinyasa, and Ujjayi breath. A class that will make you sweat, and realign your body. Improves stamina, muscle strength and is a great cardiovascular workout.
Wed. 6:30 - 8pm Yoga/Dance Fusion � An unconventional yoga class incorporating yoga asana with a variety of movement principles; stimulating your creative side. A flowing, meditative and energetic class that begins with standing postures, and moves into a series of movement flow combinations for all levels. Every class offers space for creative and guided improvisational play and finishes with a series of seated postures and stretches. Let loose and have fun!
