Sophia teaches: - Group yoga courses for beginners of 4-8 people from 10 pounds per class. - Private yoga lessons for beginners or advanced students from 30 pounds per class. Located in Reading, Berkshire. Sophia can also teach in your own home or business or local hall throughout Berkshire. Sophia has trained and taught yoga since 2001.
