Michelle offers group and private classes in Vinyasa, Yin, Taoist, and Therapeutic yoga. She is also a Certified Yoga Therapist in the Phoenix Rising Tradition. Her classes are available at many well-known yoga studios throughout Minneapolis. Michelle provides individual instruction, yoga therapy, therapeutic yoga out of her home studio in South Minneapolis. She is also training yoga teachers and mentoring in both the 200 and 500 hour Teacher Training programs at Yoga Center of Minneapolis. She is available to travel and provide weekend teacher trainings in Yin Yoga and teaching therapeutic yoga for special populations.
