We are a Baptiste Affiliate Studio. We teach in the tradition of Baron Baptiste Power Vinyasa yoga. The studio is heated to 90 degrees. Kristi Taylor is an associate Baron Baptiste Teacher who has assisted Baron Baptiste in his world class Teacher Trainins, Bootcamps and Personal Revolutionary Weekends. Kristi is also a Certified AcorYoga. Come sweat, practice, and play with us! We also offer Gentle Yoga classes with Maggie Metzinger. The room is not heated for these classes. We have two beautiful studios. We have locker rooms and showers. We have an assortment of Yoga clothing and active wear in our retail area. We are located 7 miles north of DFW airport in a medical building on the third floor with an amazing view of the sunset!
